Living your life in the spirit of God is something we all should do. That much was clear from this first book of Kenneth Polk. Polk's message is that God has supplied us with everything we need to live a holy life without sin. The only way we can live the life God intended for us is to be born again in the spirit of God and follow his messages in the bible. Polk goes as far to say that there are too many preachers and pastors out there who are falsely teaching God's message. He states that there is no reason to get formal seminary training because the bible gives you all you need to know. Preachers and pastors aren't made that way by training, they just are because God intended them to be. Author Polk has a very strong message he wants to convey. However, the book is so poorly written and edited that it is very difficult to read. Most people would have a difficult time with his writing style. His extensive use of bible references is from the King James version which is also written in a style very difficult for people to understand.
If Mr. Polk is serious about conveying his message to a broader audience, he needs to go back to the drawing board and have his book thoroughly edited.
