  • "An Uncertain Currency" is a mystery with a twist, a splash of paranormal, a dash of the sixth sense. The charming protagonist, Mario Castigliani, comes to life in the readers mind, while he probes the minds of his fellow characters. A small Georgia mill town is the scene of a suspicious suicide, or two, or three, and the local police chief calls Mario into service, with the hope that his psychic abilities will help solve the mystery.

What a sophisticated mystery it is too. A wonderfully twisting plot, and sub plot, become a vivid tale of the ecstacy and devastation that is life. Mr. Castigliani uses his erratic psychic abilities to help justice prevail but he will remain in the corners of your mind as a remarkably memorable character. This intricate, colorful tale was beautifully crafted, resulting in a rich and enjoyable read.
