  • Okay, so I read about three pages of this handbook to reading Tarot Cards and thought I had learned everything I needed to know. I decided it would be fun to do a reading on myself. I chose the daily reading which is three cards. I laid them out on the floor. The first one I turned up was the death card. I thought I was done for, believing the death card meant just that...DEATH. After I learned the death card was actually a great card turn up, I decided to read the entire book before doing another reading. I found this book to be fascinating. I did not realize that reading of the cards has been around for centuries and I also did not know the unimaginable possibilities the readings bring forth.

I enjoyed how Belinda Atkinson laid out this manual. For the readings, you have a choice of the very detailed meanings of each card in the reading or you can go to the quick reference when you are reading for impatient people (like my husband, who will never belive in anything but the defined physical world, poor guy). I learned more about myself and my reality by doing the readings taught in this book. It was wonderful.
