  • The target audience includes devout listeners to 'Coast-to-Coast-AM',a night-time radio program with host George Noory and Art Bell. The discussion topics are, in most cases, concerning over-the-top subjects and knowledge beyong the mundane everyday topics. The idea for this novel was to assemble a host of information learned on this show and put it together in an interesting story. The concept revolves around a claim made by the famous American prophet, Edgar Cayce, who had vissions about an ancient civilization that perished, Antlantis. A precious artifact, referred to as the 'Fire-Stone' was evidently manufactured in this ancient continent and the prediction was made that drawings on how to build this device would be discovered on emerald tablets buried in a deep cave in Guatemala. Professor Daniel Hayden, a main book character, sent a research team into the jungles where the actual Fire Stone was uncovered, thereby fulfilling the prophesy. This precious implement had unfamiliar properties, composed of rare elements, including the God Particle, making direct communication with God possible. Advanced technologies also included hyper-dimensional capabilities along with miraculous healing powers. In fact, this device was used as a catalyst to power the ancient 'Arc of the Covenant'. Charles Mandrin, a college student and devout atheist, discovered the professor's secret and convinced him that the only way to save his girl friend's life was to retrieve the stone and use its powers to project into the future.
